The eleventh had, thankfully, passed without a hitch. Vexen hadn't even seen his pink-haired tormentor throughout the entire day. As he settled his head into the pillows, he allowed himself to let out a sigh of relief. Maybe Marluxia was finally getting the idea what he wasn't wanted.
A sudden rustle somewhere in his room made him sit up quickly, glancing around for any signs of movement. But there was nothing, not even an irksome dusk. Scolding himself for being so paranoid, Vexen leaned back again, only to find the movement barred as something warm pressed into the nape of his neck. Shocked, he jerked forwards again, already gripping the bedsheets that had barely been covering his naked body. Suddenly the air was thick with the overpowering scent of roses.
The voice behind him was deep and husky and dripping with unwanted seduction, just like he expected.

Ok, ok, I may have cheated. Just this once. But it's 411 day tomorrow! Which only ever comes twice a year! That's nearly as little as Christmas! I would have uploaded it tomorrow, but I'm going on holiday later today and won't be back until next week, and it's better early than late, right? Damnit, why couldn't this holiday by Saturday to Saturday like every other holiday I've ever gone on?
Anyway. I was looking through all my older stuff before Pancake Day and it is seriously fluffy and out of character. So I wanted to do something a little more IC for 411 day. I think that is really getting to me. Look how perverted all my stuff is becoming!
Yeah. I drew this as a little sketch and was going to keep it that way, but then I remembered my previous 411 day piece and wanted this one to be as good if not better (I'll let you be the judge of whether it really is).
Ok. I'm really pleased with how their elbows turned out. Particularly Vexen's. And all of Marluxia's right arm, actually. Also, Vexen's hair (rare). Vexen's eyes, but you can't see the details this small. Their collarbones (I tried out a new style) and all the textures I used :3 I'm pleased with Marluxia's teeth as well, even if they scare the living crap out of me. And the plants. I want plants like those.
Finally! I worked out a way to colour the lineart (next to impossible in OpenCanvas).
Things I'm not pleased with would be Marluxia's hair. I liked the colour (instead of pink like before I used pale red, and there is actually a difference!), but the shading looks so half assed (probably because it was), not helped by the crappy lineart. Also the shading on his eyes just looks... wrong. Black doesn't work but neither does skin tones, but unfortunately by the time I realised that, it was too late to change it and give him eyes.
I hate, hate, hate his collar. I would have taken it off if I could, but again, I realised to late to change it. Also the bow (yes, the same bow as last time. It's become a tradition now XD) looks more like a wrapped sweet. And you can barely see his whip. D:<

Unoriginality notices:
- Marluxia pulling the whip taught like that has been done before. I'd check but it's not Easter yet so I'm not allowed.
- Marluxia kneeling like that has been done before (allbeit not with Vexen in front of him covering up all the rude parts and looking worried). Again, I'd find out where but Easter rules.
- I stole all the textures from a website. [link].
- Leaves fading into hearts has probably been done before too. Give me a few years and I'll find out where.
- Imminent!rape is practically cannon, it's been done so many times.

The problem with typing out the comments before I actually upload them is that I end up adding things as I think of them and they end up insanely long.

Anyway, I'll whizz off again now and return when I'm supposed to, with a journal explaining why I was gone so long! And then check my 74 messages and 88 deviations.
